HOUSE REGULATION

1. Do not disturb the other guests stay, silence is prescribed from 2.30 pm to 4.00 pm and from midnight to 7.00 am
2. It is forbidden to host or invite people not previously reported to manager and authorized by him
3. Conduct the apartment with common sense, then keep it clean
4. Settle the bill on the same day of arrival or the following morning
5. It is forbidden to carry out any activity inside the apartment that is incompatible with the rules of hygiene, with the tranquility of the other guests of the villa, with the decorum of the building and its safety, and in contrast with the laws local and national
6. Guests must take care of the objects they own, the Villa is not responsible for any theft or damage
7. Pets are allowed with prior authorization and on condition that they do not compromise the quiet of the other guests. In any case it is forbidden to access the garden and for dogs the leash outside the apartment is mandatory
8. Use the assigned parking space and do not invade the spaces of others
9. Maintain a vehicle speed at walking pace inside the complex
10. The swimming pool use is only allowed for children up to 12 years old, under the supervision of a parent
